Services Rendered
Structural Assessment Services: Refunds for inspection and assessment findings are not offered as outcomes depend on several factors outside of our control. Still, we provide follow-up visits within the parameters of your service agreement.
Crack Injection & Repair Services: You will be qualified for a follow-up visit should the repair fail to hold within the warranty period. Should the issue persist after that visit, you can be qualified for a partial refund depending on the state of the work done.
Waterproofing Services: Tell us within 7 days if the supplied work does not satisfy your requirements as stated in the service agreement. We will try to remedy the work or provide a partial refund depending on the effort done.
Demand for a Refund
